About the CUPA LMS

Welcome to CalCUPA's Learning Management System (LMS).  From this site, all CUPAs/PAs/CalEPA staff/DAs receive complimentary access to this LMS.  Also, ALL 2025 Annual Conference Full Registration Attendees have access (through December 31, 2025) to a growing list of CUPA Program related Courses.  This is your home to earn REHS and ICC Contact Hours from dozens of Haz Mat/Leadership Courses.  Over the next several months, we plan to add over 30 NEW COURSES to be developed from Sessions recorded at the CUPA-2025 Annual Conference.

Get the Moodle App to stream Courses on your cell phone/tablet where you can easily access Course content - browse the content of your courses, watch/listen to Video Training, even when offline AND Track your Course progress - Check completion progress in Courses and browse your learning plans. NOTE:  Once you download the app, you will need to connect to the CalCUPA LMS (learn.calcupa.org) and login with your calcupa.org login the first time.

There will be three different types of Courses:

1. Earn CEUs - This is where you can walk through a learning path where you will watch training videos, complete/pass quizzes and complete the final step of filling out a Course Evaluation. When all of these steps are accomplished, you will earn a CEU Certificate that will be posted immediately to your Course History on this website in your Members Dashboard.
   
   
2. Earn CEUs for Regulators Only - Similar to #1 above, however these Courses will only show up for CUPAs/PAs/CalEPA and DAs.  These Courses will appear within their associated track below and also a new category will appear at the bottom of the Tracks List for regulators called "Regulators Only".
   
   
3. Informational Courses - This type of training will include written materials & informational videos that will be posted in our website and provided to a variety of audiences for CUPA related programs. No CEUs will be offered for these Courses.

Special Video Offering: Free Industry Training 4 Hour Video - This video provides excellent information for industry and CUPAs/PAs on the Basics of Haz Waste.  No CEUs are offered for watching this video, but it does include a large amount of helpful Haz Mat information. 

For those that do not currently have access to our LMS, our current access options are as follows:

1. 2025 Annual Conference Attendees: Access through December 31, 2025.
2. Purchase 1-year Full Access: If you purchase access outside of the annual conference, you will need to pay $795 Gov / $895 Non Gov rate for LMS access for 1 calendar year from the date of purchase. The list of Courses will continue to grow and grow.  To purchase this option, visit our LMS Fees page.  This includes unlimited access to Courses and the ability to earn ICC/REHS CEUs, with downloadable CEU certificates in your Course History.
3. Purchase a Single Course: Anyone can login and purchase access to a single Course for one year by viewing the course information and selecting "Purchase LMS Access".
4. We are continually adding Courses and plan to add over 30 new Courses from Sessions that were recorded at our 2025 Annual Conference.  You can view the most recently added Courses at the top of this page.

Once you are allowed access to enroll in Courses or to Continue your Courses or view your completed Courses, you will see the following icons adjacent to each Course listed below:
