A process-based inspection is an organized and systematic approach to conducting RCRA compliance evaluation inspections of hazardous waste and complex industrial facilities, such as petroleum refineries and chemical manufacturers. This Course will explain the key steps for conducting process-based inspections and determining when these types of audits are appropriate and will describe the benefits and limitations of this type of evaluation.
