Program Overview

The program helps ensure that facilities properly identify and report hazardous materials so emergency personnel can prepare for potential incidents and respond safely and effectively.
CUPA Role
CUPAs and participating fire agencies review facility information, inspect regulated locations, verify compliance, and support coordination between businesses and emergency responders.
