Description
This Course was first presented virtually for CUPA 2022 and is back for a third rotation. This is a leadership primer for high performing organizations and intent based leadership. We'll discuss what those things are and how they can help you lead your team more effectively. Participants will also be equipped with useable tools to help strengthen communication and build better teams.
