LYDIA DORRANCE, Inspector and Enforcement Officer - US EPA - RCRA Enforcement

Lydia, R. Dorrance, Ph.D. is an inspector and enforcement officer in the in the Hazardous Waste and Chemicals Section of the Enforcement and Compliance Assurance Division at the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region 9. Under authority granted by the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Lydia inspects facilities that generate, store, treat and/or dispose of hazardous waste, assists facilities to comply with hazardous waste regulations, and manages enforcement cases against facilities that have violated these regulations. Lydia also serves as the liaison between EPA Region 9s RCRA enforcement program and co-regulators at state and local agencies in California.
